The Treehouse at Edenwood

The Treehouse at Edenwood rests on a ridge overlooking the Etowah Valley and boasts winter only views of Mt. Pisgah.  The Treehouse’s design is whimsical nostalgia, taking you back to mid-century summer camp days with little luxuries you need as an adult traveler.  Find yourself relaxing as you take the three minute trail under the lights down to The Treehouse.  Enjoy the crackling of the fire as you soak in the Cedar Wood Burning Hot Tub.  And don’t forget to bring your furry friends – The Treehouse is dog-friendly and can accommodate up to two non-agressive breed dogs!

  • Not suitable for infants or children
  • The Treehouse is only accessible via a 3 minute walk on a maintained, well-lit trail that is slightly uneven with a moderate incline.
  • The wood-fired cedar hot tub is an experience for those who don’t mind putting in a little work and tending to the fire for several hours.  Heating times can vary between 2-4 hours depending on the weather outside and prior guest usage.
  • Rare one-night stay offerings will need to plan on being at The Treehouse for the entirety of the stay to fully enjoy the hot-tub because of the heating time.
  • The Treehouse has full indoor plumbing.  The private shower, however, is outdoors on the deck of The Treehouse.  It is winterized and supplies endless hot-water via a tankless heater.
  • Kitchenette is equipped with only a mini-fridge, microwave, and Nespresso Vertuo.  Breeo Firepit may be utilized for outdoor grilling/over the fire cooking.
  • Fire pit availability is dependent upon County and State regulations and may not be available if a burn ban is in place.
  • We require guests to electronically sign a liability waiver prior to releasing access information to the property.

I have stayed in Airbnbs all over the world… and this is the first where I feel positive that I will return. I was prepared for how lovely the house was based on the photos, but the privacy and serenity was absolutely incredible. We truly felt like we were miles from anyone else.

Hands down one of the most beautiful & amazing places I’ve ever stayed!!! LOVED the firewood hot tub, the windows and the best views from the bed! All the different places to sit & kick back to relax, are also amazing! Truly a paradise and we’re so grateful we brought groceries, because we never left:) Worst part about this experience is that we didn’t book a longer stay! We WILL BE BACK! AMAZING!!!
